How This Website Was Created

This website was created entirely through code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python on Visual Studio Code. Rather than using a website builder, I wanted to challenge myself by building a platform from the ground up and applying my growing knowledge of computer science and web development.

My Process

Building the Foundation

I started with my foundational understanding of HTML and CSS, which allowed me to create the structure, layout, and visual design of the website. These basics gave me the building blocks for the full experience.

Learning Python

I then expanded my skills by learning more through Harvard's CS50 Introduction to Programming with Python online course, where I developed a stronger understanding of Python, problem-solving, and software development concepts.

Using AI as a Tool

Throughout the process, I also used artificial intelligence as a learning tool to help debug problems, improve design choices, and refine the final product. Rather than replacing my work, AI helped me better understand concepts, find solutions, and polish the website.

This website represents the combination of technology, creativity, and community impact. By building it myself, I was able to use computer science skills to support a meaningful cause and create a tool that helps share the story behind Fans for the Future.
